When you access our website, the following information about you is automatically stored in the form of server log files:

- Your IP and port
- The accessed web page or components thereof
- The website from which you visit us
- The access time
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR and the purpose of the data collection is the operation, maintenance and protection of our systems. The data accrues by default each time a connection is established with a web server on the Internet. If an error occurs when using our website or if we suspect an attack or misuse, this data is used to reproduce the scenario that occurred. Your IP address is additionally used to determine the number of visitors to our website on a monthly basis. All data collected in this way is stored for a period of six months and then deleted.
Contact form
You can contact us via the contact form on our website. For this purpose, we collect in particular your first name and last name, as well as your e-mail address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a). We use this data only for processing your request and delete it afterwards.
OpenStreetMap
We use technology from the OpenStreeMap Foundation on our website to visualize the locations of our network. This feature is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by you. When you select "Load map", your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation and processed according to their privacy policy (https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy). The transmission therefore takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a).
Cookies and Analyse Tools
When you use the website, cookies are set in your browser, which store information about your current session. Setting cookies allows us to track whether you have consented to the use of OpenStreetMap.
We do not use this information to analyze your usage behavior, but solely to enable you to use our website more easily. The collection and storage of the data thus serves our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Matomo
Matomo is an open source software tool for web analysis. The software is operated on the server of the controller, and the log files, which are sensitive under data protection law, are stored exclusively on this server.
The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. In addition, a cookie already set by Matomo can be deleted at any time via an internet browser or other software programs.
